Harnaś Tavern is both a regional restaurant and rooms of high standard to rent. Established by Jan Słowinski in 1903, Harnaś Inn specializes in regional and highland cuisine with a touch of Hungarian taste, i.e., lamb, venison, meat with herbs, saffron milk cup mushrooms fried in butter, trout, sheep cheeses: oscypek and bundz, cowberries, pates and pastries and Uśmiech Harnasia, which is a famous drink in Poland.
Our specialities include kwaśnica soup with lamb, potatoes and sauerkraut served in a small cauldron with bread baked on the spot. Another tasty dish are lamb pierogi served with butter or served in broth. Finally, we suggest Harnaś sirloin; veal sirloin with mountain herbs served with fried potatoes and cowberries.
